Volunteer Hours at the Club

It takes a lot of work to keep the club running. From maintaining the grounds and buildings to clearing ranges to working fundraising events, there is always something to do here at Hamilton Rod & Gun Club.

The Club has a by‐law that requires all new members to work a minimum of ten (10) hours with four (4) hours at a major event. We enforce these hours not only because work needs to be done, but we hope that by meeting other members that you will want to become more involved at the Club. It is much easier to make new friends at a club such as ours because there are like-minded people all over. The Club is very supportive and welcomes all new members to participate in helping keep the Club in good shape.

We also hope that you will continue to volunteer year after year at the Club. There are a few big events (such as the Milltown Car Show, Wounded Warrior Day, etc.) that we host annually at the Club that are a lot of fun to work and require many volunteers to make happen.

See below for some upcoming volunteer opportunities. Please also keep an eye out for regular Club emails sent out as many include opportunities to become more involved at the Club!
