Membership Drop-Ins

The Membership Committee schedules drop-in times for renewals, key/key card pickup or to answer your questions.  The Membership Committee is also available at the General Meeting.

Club apparel will also be available for purchase or order.

New Membership Information

Club Informational Flyer

New applicants are required to attend our Orientation. It is held the 3rd Saturday of each month. All you need to do is RSVP below and show up. Applications will be available at the meeting. Payment will also be collected at the meeting. Cash, Check or Credit Cards are accepted.  These classes are held in conjunction with the Range Certification Course.

NOTE: The April Orientation will be held the 3rd Sunday (April 21st)

Class Format

  • Clubhouse will open at 9:00 am for coffee and donuts.
  • Orientation starts promptly at 9:30 a.m., please do not be late.
  • Orientation will include tour of the ranges, Club safety rules review, overview of sub-clubs and member benefits, and tour of other club facilities.
  • Orientation will end between 12:30 and 1:30 depending on class size.

    Kids are welcome to attend with you. 

    NOTE: Part of the class involves visiting our outdoor ranges please dress appropriately for spending time outside.

    Membership Classes

    Adult ~ Person who is between the age of eighteen (18) and sixty-four (64) at the time of application or renewal. 
    Family~ Two (2) Adults (between the age of eighteen (18) and sixty-four (64)), and all Children under the age eighteen (18), within that household at the time of application or renewal.
    Senior Adult~ Available to those persons sixty-five (65) years of age or older.
    Senior Family~ Two (2) Adults, one (1) of whom is sixty-five (65) or older and all children under the age eighteen (18) within that household at the time of application or renewal.

    Membership Next Steps

    Board of Directors (BOD) Review/Approval ~ Once the orientation is complete the BOD will review the application and vote to approve prospective memberships. BOD meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month.
    General Membership (GM) Review/Approval ~ Once approved by the BOD, the application will be brought before the GM for approval. GM meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month. Approved applicants will receive their membership/key card(s) at this meeting. Prospective members should plan to attend this meeting, it starts at 7:00 p.m.
    Renewal Process ~ Memberships will expire one (1) year from General Membership approval. Renewal letters will be mailed out and renewals can be paid online via club website (https://hamiltonrg.org). Renewal email is also sent.

    Member Range Certification Course

    Members to have complete the HRGC Range Certification Course (RCC) before being granted access to the shooting and archery ranges. These classes are held the 3rd Saturday of each month in conjunction with the New Member Orientation.

    NOTE: The April Range Certification course will be held the 3rd Sunday (April 21st)

    PLEASE NOTE: Part of this course involves visiting the trap, pistol and rifle ranges. Please dress accordingly for being outside.
